I just called the place to oder wings. I wanted to order 9 wings. They said they don't take order for 9 wings but they will take order for 6 and 3.?. Okay I ordered for 6 wings and 3 wings. When I requested to make all flat side of the wings, they told me they will charge $2 extra for that request for each order that means $4 extra as was putting 2 orders. Yes, they mentioned they don't charge extra for random wings and refused to tell me what comes in random. Okay. I asked for hot sauce from spice level, that they again said they would charge $1 extra for each order to make it hot that means $2 extra again for both. The wings were decent, but the grilled chicken sandwich was quite disappointing. The lettuce was soggy and not fresh, while the chicken was very dry and lacked flavor, almost like it had been boiled. The service was adequate. I placed a phone order and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes, but it actually took almost an hour. When I checked inside, they kept saying it would be just 5 more minutes. It was frustrating to wait that long for food that wasn't very enjoyable.
We came multiple time, but seems like the staff is not in a mood to serve. Small cutting corners “ NO MORE Napkins” available at table you have to asked and only get 3,4 really?Plus the sauces with emptied bottles you have to asked them to bring it fill ones.Really need to work better on how to serve their customers. Because customer are the one who giving business.
I absolutely loved it here. The food was delicious and so flavorful. The servers were so kind and friendly, it was the best customer service I have ever experienced and I will definitely be coming back.
