This restaurant is overpriced and serves very low-quality food. I ordered a steak sandwich and received what seemed to be two triangular pieces of meat lovers pizza folded on top of each other and partially cooked. Not to mention, the meal was expensive, costing $10.95. Cairns International Airport is a disappointment, with prices that are too high for what is offered. It feels like an overpriced and inefficient establishment pretending to be an airport.
it is quite a note that airport food is overpriced, but I am disappointed that some caffes serve bad quality eating to these trips. we packed a chicken sandwich $9.50,) a chicken pack $12.50) and a coffee. the chicken sandwich didn't taste fresh,...and maybe was 2 days old wrap was ok. I am also an avid coffee maze and very rare have this problem, but I had difficulty sipping my coffee because of the unpleasant taste:
The ham, cheese, and tomato sandwich was priced at $12.50 and tasted like it had been sitting for two days. Additionally, I ordered an $8.50 cake, which was also not fresh. The prices were way too high for the quality of the food, and there doesn't seem to be any competition around. I will not be purchasing anything from this restaurant again.
This quaint coffee shop at Cairns Airport is often overlooked. Located just outside the international arrivals area, it offers generous servings of coffee and delicious cakes - a perfect treat while waiting for friends. Réservez une table maintenant
Would best be described as the tour company for backpackers or college students but that shouldn't deter anyone.
George is an amazing guide, he had so much information and gave a really unique perspective as an Aboriginal.
