Hiding under the pretext of COVID and providing low quality sub par tasting food and getting way by gaming yelp is what Trilokah and it 's management excels in. Customer service and providing tadka/flavour to food is not it 's forte. To the unsuspecting non desi folks, Trilokah 's food is neither authentic nor representative of South India food. Go to other typical restaurants like Hyderabad House or Godavari both of them have flaws but in their menu list, they do provide authentic dishes and some which are not authentic but tasty at the same time. And less I talk about their representation of North Indian Food like butter chicken, the better it is it is nothing but a sorry excuse of chicken...
If y’all want the best and most authentic South Indian food (especially Kerala Food , head over here. Don’t bother wasting time with other places!I was absolutely astounded at the quality and quantity from this restaurant! Ikka and chechi run this restaurant extremely well, and their attention to detail is to be commended.Chatti Chor (Rice in a earthen pot with all the typical Kerala sides is quite new, even in the Kerala foodie community as, in Kerala, it only started making its resurgence a few years back! Worst worst food! They serve frozen fried fish. So oily and extremely unhealthy serving. No attention to how food is made and served raw. Ordered appam and it was raw in middle completely. Curry was extremely salty and one fish they speak a lot high about Will coke in banana leaf and stuff and oily piece of frozen fish. No value for money. Costly too, and some cash adjustment god knows what is that. And best is he gave 4 dollars of appam. Money is not always mends things. Plus be ready to have acidity. Please see the owners reply below how defensive and not at all service oriented business. And yes I forgot to mention they made curry again with less salt adding just a lot of oil.

Very first time visited this place honestly.. The food was so Amazing, loved the ambience, total South Indian feeling to the fullest and also the customer service. ??The BossMan himself Shabeen Anna, the best at serving and treating the customers so damn well. I felt like this restaurant and the food is kinda underrated but trust me, they got the crazy kickass menu and most of the items in it are lit af. ?It 's a bit expensive (one can afford) but worthful too. ?Do visit this place and Shabeen Anna will serve at his best. ?Looking forward to visit again and try other things on the menu!! ??MUST try appetizer for sure : Fried Spicy Prawns, Chilli Chicken. ??

I found that the individually ordered dishes tasted much better than the buffet offerings, which did not impress me as much. Overall, the flavors were good, making it a worthwhile option for anyone seeking a different South Indian dining experience.

The restaurant ambience is quite nice with authentic food. However we had a buffet however it seems dessert plates are provided for buffets which are so small that it won't fit more than a couple items in one round . Not sure if this is by strategy. Also the common problem with most Indian restaurants is the ambience , food etc are nice but the washroom is not well maintained . It's like our business is good, why worry about these things. This had quite dirty washroom for both men and women.
South Indian Restaurant with a wide variety of dishes to choose from the Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Cuisisnes..! Food was mostly good but some items could have been better. A little on the Pricey side, especially when considering the location and overall quality, but this might be because of the Pandemic, so giving it a pass. Cool Decor with a nice old time vibe..! Service can be a little slow during peak hours..
