I wasn’t aware that Trimana is a franchise with locations in several business areas and buildings. It’s certainly not cheap, but very convenient. The best value is the grilled salad special, priced at around $11. The salad bar is charged by weight, which often leads to a surprisingly high cost—definitely a good reason to bring your own lunch. In a pinch, this place works well, and the cashiers are quite friendly. They even sold us a quart of creamer for the office coffee and made a salad for a coworker who arrived right before closing time. One tip: avoid the turkey chili.
I just have to share how fantastic the food and service are here! I usually stick to the Chinese chicken salad because it's so delicious, but I decided to try the southwest salad this time. Food is tasty, but CRAZY OVERPRICED to the point where even though our office is in the same building, most employees will go out for lunch instead of eating here. They would do 10 times the business of their prices went so ridiculous. A small wrap ~6 inches) with drink is just under $15!
The food here is fantastic, whether you're enjoying breakfast or lunch. There are a variety of snacks and plenty of drink options to choose from. To me, it feels like a home-cooked meal served in a cozy café.
