This is a cozy little place in Donelson with nicely decorated rooms of charming gift items, jewelry, clothing, household items, trinkets, plants, pet items, candles, soaps, things for kids, puzzles, progressive and pride items, self-care products, lots of locally made products, and much more. Troll House Cottage also serves great coffee and tea, some basic breakfast and lunch items, and pastries. Indoor and al fresco seating is available. The lunch prices are too high for grilled cheese sandwiches, but it’s a cute space, the staff is friendly, and the place has a nice vibe. We’ll be back for sure
The high tea is very overpriced. My partner and I went to the Hermitage Hotel downtown Nashville earlier this year for high tea and paid around $90ish each. They charge above $50 each at Troll House. I requested a birthday accommodation for my friend’s birthday and never got it. You sit in a small crowded room for the tea as well. They did have a cute little gift shop area and baked goods you could buy and take home. Cute little shop, but, they really need to lower their high tea pricing. $35-$40 per person is more reasonable.
The tea was good, good selection of tea aswell. I expected this place to have a bit more seating as we were going to do the tea party but for what it was it seemed a bit pricey and squashed so we opted out of that. It’s a cute place with retail, light baked goods, and a staff that knows their tea! Plenty of outdoor seating but it was a bit to chilly for that. If they offer outdoor tea parties in the summer that would make it a lot better but I’m not sure they do. If you like tea definitely stop here a cup!
Got the Cottage Tea for my wife and it was absolutely wonderful. Everyone who works here is incredibly friendly. I think everything was priced fairly given that it's a family run, small business in Nashville. Food was delicious. Lots of tea options. The whole store was cute and clean. I'd give it 100 stars if I could.

What a lovely shop, a variety of artisan/craftsman items for purchase. They do serve food. We had a great muffin for sure. Others we eating off the menu, and complimentary of their choices they made. If you do get a chance, go check this place out...
The service was impeccable! We did a tea party here and is was an unique experience. The place so adorable with all kinds of cool things to purchase. I absolutely loved everything that was offered on the 3 tier towers!
I had some gluten-free shortbread cookies from here, and they divine! I only had them takeout, but now I'm ready to ho have a tea party!!!!!
We enjoy the breakfast and lunch sandwiches, parfait, and bakery items! The owner is very kind, and the atmosphere is so cute.

Had cold brew and tasted just as one of my all time favorites. Also had spiced cake, its juicy and nice!
