I just found out about this place, so I was excited to try again. I ordered online however I noticed that I was being charged the full price when it was suppose to be happy hour half off smoothies from 7-10. I called the store to question the price and associate there did not know why I was being charged full price. Once I arrived I ask him if we can cancel while I am here and then re-order while i am in the store, so that i can get the happy hour price. He did not know how to do that either. Then he says and we dont have any bananas to add to the smoothie. First off, I would like to say this place is completely renewed.I don?t mean the physical facility, but the staff is amazing. They created an amazing atmosphere and now I feel welcome here and I come way more often now. The way you are treated, how fast your food and drinks are is completely amazing and breathetaking.I am never going to any other Tropical Smoothie. I reccomend 1,000,000% to any family, parent, son/daughter, LGBTQ+ community to come here and feel at home. There?s no better way to say it but straight to the point. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! WOW!
I love tropical smoothie and have been going for years however my last visit was awful. The workers we?re doing their jobs and the manager Ashley or Ashleigh (however it?s spelled) seemed to have a bitter face the whole time. She made many snarky comments and put a sour taste in my mouth. I feel really bad for those employees especially because I work in fast food and have never experienced a nasty manager. Would not recommend this location because of the manager.
Placed an online order expecting my smoothie to be ready on time. I ordered a detox island green (a flavor I definetly recommend, by the way! . and when I arrived my smoothie was not on the pick up order shelf..? Have been coming for months..no problems.
