Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Ordered my food. Somehow DoorDash picked up my food instead of the correct customer. This place needs a better system them just sticking orders in a bin for people to pick up. Anyone can touch your food or take the wrong one. This has happened multiple times and even happened to my coworkers. Food is good and smoothies are great but the workers need to pay better attention and do more to protect peoples orders. Even when you DoorDash they don?t put a sticker over your straw hole or tie your bag up and sticker it to keep people out of it.

Great food and mostly great experience, felt bad for the workers that had to work with the employee with red and blonde braids. Not sure if she?s a shift leader or manager but, she was very rude to them many times as they were preparing orders, saying ?I don?t care, you fix it, that?s your problem?. I could feel annoyance and tension from the staff. People leave bad managers, not companies.

Our first time here and really enjoyed it. My son got the classic grilled cheese kids meal with an apple for his side and a strawberry smoothie. I got the chicken bacon ranch flatbread with kale and apple slaw for a side. It was super good. I ended up getting the Lean Machine smoothie. I will be coming back. I want to try so many more smoothies.

The smoothies and food were fantastic, and the restaurant is exceptionally clean. The staff was also very friendly! My husband and I placed our order through the mobile app for takeout, and our items were ready promptly. Réservez une table maintenant

They kindly allowed me to use their bathroom, which was great. From what I could see, it's a nice little place to grab a drink. I only needed to use their restroom because AT&T didn’t have one available.

Hailey was very pleasant and helpful, and the woman who cooked my food was incredibly quick, getting it to me in a timely manner. This was my first visit, and I will definitely be returning!

Typically, my experiences here are great, but this time the chipotle sauce I ordered for an extra charge was incredibly watery, and both the chicken and bacon were quite fatty.

The smoothies, especially the Starfruit Pomegranate Plunge, were fantastic, and my children absolutely loved the cookies.

I got the Baja Chicken Wrap and it was very good! I also got a Bahama Mama smoothie and loved it.
