To make matters worse, I called on Monday, March 11, around 1:30 PM while dealing with my illness to speak with a manager. After being put on hold, the employee I spoke with told me he would need my name and that the manager would get back to me on Tuesday. I explained my situation and asked if anyone else had reported illness that day; the employee didn’t have that information. He apologized and said he would inform the manager as soon as possible. I love the smoothies here and the staff is nice but what manager doesn't honor coupons? I just got them in my mail and I love 2 mins from one but to use a coupon you're telling me I have to go to the one 20 mins away? I don't think that's right especially if the coupon doesn't say that I can't use it at this location.... Terrible management in my opinion
I ordered through DoorDash, and my wrap was all messed up with food everywhere. The apple slaw was crushed at the bottom, and I didn’t even receive a straw with my Bahama Mama. I've never had such a poor experience at the store in Traverse City. On top of that, the food smelled like cigarettes from the driver. What was that about?
I grabbed some smoothies to enjoy a little taste of summer at home. The peanut butter cup smoothie was fantastic! I will definitely be ordering it again. I don't usually order food from here because the smoothies are what really attract me.

Online order was not ready at selected pickup time. Have been sitting in the store for 15 minutes now waiting for order that was supposed to be ready when I arrived. Has happened every time I've ordered from this location.
I absolutely adore tropical smoothies! My all-time favorite is the Bahama Mama, especially when I add a shot of B-12 along with some spinach and kale. It feels indulgent while still being good for you!
The food here is outstanding and always incredibly fresh! They also have the best smoothies in town. Make sure to try the Sunrise Sunset smoothie—you won't be disappointed!
We placed our order in advance, and 25 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, a young girl with a poor attitude informed me that they were out of chia bowls.
