Hey, good afternoon this morning. I walked into this establishment. I am a business owner myself. I came in with a great attitude. I asked for the manager because I was double charge on a smoothie. I’ve purchased a week ago. I normally hear 3 to 4 times a week this. Food smoothies, is not a problem. It’s the management. I asked to speak to a manager to let her know that I have been charged twice for one order, all I want was a smoothie I don’t wanna refund. I come here all the time she says to me I never seen you before I don’t know who you are And I’m like really you speak to me every time I walk in so it’s OK when I’m buying. The smoothies are great and the main staff are friendly and welcoming. However, the temperature in the store is often uncomfortable; it was over 80°F during my last visit when it was 90°F outside. This has been a recurring issue on my visits, and I feel for the employees, especially since it must be even hotter in the back. It seems the owner prioritizes saving on electricity over the comfort of both staff and customers. Additionally, I’ve noticed one of the owners frequently berates employees for being slow, all while standing idly without taking orders. I get the best experience from this Tropical Smoothie. The staff is very friendly bright and helpful if I want to make a new selection even though I usually know what I want and when I come in the door they usually know what I want as well. I've neverhad a bad experience here and make a point to come to this specific location on the days that I work in the area. I get theblimey Limey and I've gone to other locations and it doesn't taste the same as they make it here and this is my favorite QuickLunch Spot for something healthy!! Also Z is awesome!!!
I ordered my food with no issue, but when I asked how to redeem a smoothie, the lady got an attitude, started talking to her coworker in another language, and they both laughed at me. I grabbed my food and told them they were rude as hell. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I visited Tropical Smoothie Cafe for the first time and was disappointed with the quality of my smoothie. It wasn't blended well at all, which I've never encountered at other locations.
Wow! The Mango Berry Cosmo smoothie is amazing! Totally worth the sugar rush!!! It’s the best frozen drink I’ve enjoyed this summer! Plus, the staff was friendly and speedy as well!
Compared to other Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations, this one is the absolute worst! My smoothie was watery and bitter.
