Very disappointed in the team work or lack there of I should say. I order 2 sandwiches and 3 smoothies got my sandwiches first waited 5 more minutes to receive 2 of my 3 smoothies my last smoothies was a difficult order and the 3 more experienced girls waited on their customers then disappeared to the back and left the new girl to struggle with the smoothie. My Heart hurt for the girl that looked like she wanted to cry. After waiting another 10 minutes I finally got the 3rd smoothie and it wasn't correct.
This is a great local business. I ha e gotten lunch here a handful of times. Each time, the employees are friendly, hard working and make some delicious/nutritious food. Watch out for the sugar and calorie count though if you are trying to eat healthy. The Detox Island Green is super tasty, has a third of the calories of most smoothies and has no added sugar. I wish they would make more like that!
Honestly, it is hit or miss here. I usually order the same two wraps and the quality changes day to day. Not bad enough to stop me from going again. Smoothies are usually spot on, sometimes they use fruits that aren't quite ripe and that impacts the flavor. I still recommend going to this location, it is clean and staff is great. Just need to improve the quality control.
I absolutely love this place. Today my experience wasn't so good tho. Speaker for the drive thru was broken had to place my order at the window. The girl did not greet me or even smile. The girl that handed me my smoothies did both! And I didn't get my sides! Which are delicious

My stomach started hurting immediately after I ate the Baja chicken wrap. Wrap was cold and every time I bit into it, it tasted like banana! Cross contamination id say. I asked for sun chips but they put plain chips in the bag. Won?t ever be back
When I walk in and order I have never had a problem. Twice now I have ordered online and had delivery. Both times bad. This time no straw was sent for my smoothie and it was not blended, had 2 large wedges of avocado chunks of ice. Just not good.
I waited in line at Smoothie Cafe for a bit because it was very busy today, but it was definitely worth it. I tried the Paradise Point smoothie and it was so refreshing. The young lady at the drive-thru was friendly and provided great service.
overpriced, 30+ min wait for a wrap and a smoothie. Tastes good but this location in particular is a waste of time and money. Inconvenient!

Love a good smoothie and these guys make'em all day long. Sad that they are having issues sourcing blueberries but ya'now covid.
I love this place. Great workers, who are very friendly. The food is always amazing. Never disappointed.
