Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I really enjoy the convenience of ordering through the app, and I even received a complimentary smoothie just for joining the rewards program. The new chicken chorizo wrap was surprisingly tasty, and the Pomegranate Plunge smoothie was exactly what I needed today. My boyfriend always gets the Chia Banana smoothie with extra dark chocolate, which he loves. The service has been consistently friendly during both of our visits to this location, and our orders were ready promptly. We will definitely be coming back and will continue to recommend this restaurant!

They were running a special and since I had never tried them I stopped for lunch. Wow! I ordered the Mango Magic smoothie and it was great. I also ordered a Chicken Caprese, one of the best sandwiches ever--definitely a new go-to place for me. It was a beautiful day, so I ate lunch at their outside patio. Everything was well-designed, inviting, and spotless. I was impressed, no one was standing around they were all hustling. Their drive-through was busy so I went inside. Like Culver's, everything is custom made so be prepared to wait.

Very disappointed in the team work or lack there of I should say. I order 2 sandwiches and 3 smoothies got my sandwiches first waited 5 more minutes to receive 2 of my 3 smoothies my last smoothies was a difficult order and the 3 more experienced girls waited on their customers then disappeared to the back and left the new girl to struggle with the smoothie. My Heart hurt for the girl that looked like she wanted to cry. After waiting another 10 minutes I finally got the 3rd smoothie and it wasn't correct. Réservez une table maintenant

We just placed an order with a very unfriendly girl. We asked for a moment, but she asked for our order only 2 seconds later. Additionally, she gave us attitude after each item we ordered. The restaurant was not busy and we were polite, so there were no excuses for her behavior. On the bright side, the young boy working there was nice.

I absolutely love this place. Today my experience wasn't so good tho. Speaker for the drive thru was broken had to place my order at the window. The girl did not greet me or even smile. The girl that handed me my smoothies did both! And I didn't get my sides! Which are delicious

I waited in line at Smoothie Cafe for a bit because it was very busy today, but it was definitely worth it. I tried the Paradise Point smoothie and it was so refreshing. The young lady at the drive-thru was friendly and provided great service.
