Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Ordered by accident at the wrong location instead of the one next to my work and they had no idea how to cancel the order and fix it. I was so late for work I could not get a hold of customer support for Tropical Smoothie had to file a dispute with my bank didn’t receive my items and was charged $12 and wasted my entire break. Why can’t Customer Service be better at businesses like it’s not that hard to to cancel an order and remake it for a customer who is returning Customer at the location ?‍

I have a coupon that doesn't say anything about a specific location, yet this location says I have to take it back to where I got it from.

Staff are pleasant efficient and venue is clean. The truffle chocolate shake is the best! Please bring it back as a permanent menu item.
