Food was decent. Staff definitely needs better customer service. No greetings, No hellos, no smiles. I ordered the shrimp wrap, and wasn't sure what smoothie I wanted. I told them I wanted the pair and save but didn't want to have people waitingwhile I chose. The guy rung my food out without giving me the pair deal and wanted to charge me the full price for both. Thensaid he would discount it but couldn't figure it out. I think what bothered me the most was, there were 3 workers there andnot one of them were very friendly at all.
Great experience here! This is one of my favorite smoothie places. We had some back home I was excited that one made it to STL. Staff was nice friendly. Food is tasty. They have some healthy food options (flat breads, wraps, sandwiches) good smoothies. Orders don't take a long time to prepare. Smoothies are about $7 but a good size. They also taste good, are customizable with add-ins. My go to is the kiwi quencher chipotle chicken flatbread
I arrived during the lunch rush, and it was clear that the two employees were overwhelmed with the influx of orders—around a hundred in just twenty minutes. Despite the intense pressure, their customer service was exceptional. They maintained a positive and upbeat attitude while serving those of us in the café. I didn’t catch their names, but whoever was working at 12:30 on March 14th definitely deserves a raise right away.
We had a fantastic experience with the selection and service at Tropical Smoothie during our recent in-person event. Their box lunches were convenient, perfectly portioned, and delicious! I've already shared their catering contact information with similar organizations for them to consider.

You never disappoint! I'm so happy that the Watermelon Mojito smoothies are back. Along with the year-round Bahama Mama and the Blimey Limey, this is definitely the best item on their menu.
The smoothies have fantastic flavors and the perfect consistency, and the good food is just an added bonus! The Thai chicken wrap is a standout.
Menu said romaine lettuce but it was iceberg with maybe a few pieces of romaine. Bait and switch
The customer service was excellent, and the sandwiches and smoothies were delicious!

Overpriced but good. Nobody should pay 12$ plus tax and tip for a smoothie.
