Noah provides poor customer service, and I do not appreciate it. He charged me for Splenda which is supposed to be a zero cost. He tried to do the same thing the second day I came to TS, and I caught him! I wanted to speak to management about this and asked for his name, the young lady gave me his name. His colleague Juan Carlos I think is his name, suggested that they should’ve given me a fake name. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I overheard their unprofessional conversation. Like I told the crew who was working, I’ve lived in his neighborhood before TS was ever thought of, and I do not appreciate the unprofessionalism and lack of customer service. Horrible service. I was with my child and wanted to order through curbside considering it’s quick and easy. Waited for over 15 minutes and nobody came out. (I ordered ONE acai bowl) waited a little longer until I had to walk inside just to see my order had been ready and no one bothered to check if my car was waiting outside. The lady had the audacity to tell me it was my fault I didn’t call and that there was a big sign blocking my car from their view. I should not have to call after already placing my order online nor is it my fault they placed a big ol sign in front of their only curbside parking spot. The place wasn’t even busy for them to not bother to check.

Great place for fast good smoothies. I went there and had a smoothie made by Neem and it was very well made. One of the best smoothies I had in while! It’s always nice going to places that care to do a good job!
