Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I am unhappy with the practice of holding the credit card machine in the driveway for payment at this restaurant. The screen is not visible, so when you press the green button for credit, it automatically adds a tip without your consent. I was charged an extra $2.25 on top of my almost $20 bill without being asked. This happened to me twice in the past two weeks by two young girls holding the credit card machine. The third time, a male employee asked if I wanted to tip, which was appreciated. It is not right to add a tip without permission. Just ask customers if they would like to tip when holding the credit card machine.

My absolute favorite place for great, delicious, healthy drinks and wraps that will have your tastebuds doing the Macarena! The kids that work at this spot are dedicated to giving you the smoothie that best suits your needs. Weather it’s something fun like the Strawberry Margarita Smoothie or something to boost your well-being like a Detox Island Green! There is something for everyone there, including smiles and warm welcomes.

I will never order from this restaurant again! The sunrise sunset smoothie was the worst thing I have ever tasted - it tasted like ice chips and orange peels. Additionally, the lettuce on my super green Caesar wrap was dirty. Make sure to check your food, especially if you order one of their wraps.

Whenever we visit, the restaurant is consistently busy, but we don't have to wait long for our drinks. Most of the time, they are prepared accurately, but occasionally there may be a slight mistake. Réservez une table maintenant

The restaurant is quite expensive. Although they didn't initially receive my online order, they did end up making the food for me.
