Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Okay, first I want to say that their packs and smoothies are delicious. the thing is that they always have children who work here who don't seem to care much. it may take a long time to get something, so I command the app and pick it up. Always check them before they go and never bite blind in something, because they often forget, cheese, sour cream, etc. even if they ask. if they get it right, it's really good and they can replace any package that has huh with vegan huh. *not every smoothie is vegan!

there I stood on the register waiting to place my order while the manager evaluates his associate. it goes on and on through its work plan. deceives them and weeps them, and their drinking, and the waiting moans did not stop him from repeating themselves. I hope I stopped him, he realized what he did and he apologized to her. he obviously has no management or communication skills. I hope my formal business complaint will put this guy straight. perhaps an anger management therapy!!!

Don’t know why this location can’t seem to get it right ordered the same drink about two years from there and still the same flavorless ice the call a smoothie.. I could have blended some ice at home versus paying for it there. There is a recipe for them! Follow it ! Just because you are so used to making them doesn’t mean throwing a bunch of ingredients together in a blender is going to taste good!!

I visited this restaurant during my lunch break and ordered a drink. As I was placing my next order at the counter, my drink was already waiting for me. The employee, Matt, at this harbor location is exceptional and incredibly efficient. My smoothie was delicious and I was very impressed with the service. Go, Matt! Réservez une table maintenant

Shaina M. has amazing multitasking skills and has been with Port Jeff. Trop. Smoothie for 5 years. This young woman’s work ethic is phenomenal and she depicts passion in her field of work. I recognize a leader and a manager when I see one. I hope one day to see her as a general manager!!! Thank you Shaina M.

Every time I eat here, something is missing. They often bring me drinks but forget to bring my food. On several occasions, I have ordered dishes with buffalo sauce only to receive them without it. It's frustrating and unacceptable. This restaurant seriously needs to improve their service.

i ordered through the app, it wasn't ready when I arrived and after waiting a while, i could tell by the crowd that i didn't have the time to wait on my lunch hour. had to cancel the order.

Ridiculous wait times at this location. 25+ minutes. Understaffed and always looks like pure chaos in the kitchen.
