On May 2, 2023, I had lunch at 2pm and left with the most delicious strawberry daiquiri smoothie I have ever tasted. The staff at the restaurant was friendly and knowledgeable, and the establishment was very clean. I have been a patron of Tropical Smoothies in various locations for many years now. In the past, I was unimpressed with the Smithtown store, but I decided to give it another chance last year. I am glad I did because whoever is working there now made the best wrap I have ever had. I am a loyal smoothie drinker and have been for years ..this is first my smoothie wasn't right but I thought management should know. My smoothie was under processed that I had to unplug my straw every 3rd to 4th sip and chew my through the ice..I tipped $1 on a $8.85 drink I wish I had tipped after trying it. They store was empty worker standing by counter pick order frig empty so there was no excuse for only half spinning my drink .

I went this morning to get my usual, chai banana with peanut butter. Not a single taste of peanut butter in the smoothie. When I mentioned, the owner was extremely rude. Told me she would show me the camera that she put it in. Refused to accommodate me in anyway. I was never treated so poorly, and my smoothie tasted absolutely terrible. So disappointed, and will go to a different tropical smoothie in the future.
Terrible I ordered thru Uber eats it was the banana peanut butter granola flatbread I order it all the time!!! First time this location. The banana was old brown the granola was dang near a whole bar not crumbles worst ever!!!! I went to get a new one the tropical smoothie smelled like old garbage!!! Will never go back
I have been to this location many times.....always friendly, great customer service. My smoothie is always perfect, the owner even makes suggestions to try different smoothies. Just an overall great experience everytime. Five star rating for the owner and staff!!!!!!!
We placed our order through the app, but when we arrived to pick it up, we noticed that the tables were empty yet quite dirty. Despite this, the food we received was delicious. However, we had ordered two different flatbreads but were given two of the same instead.

I have always loved this restaurant and I highly recommend trying their edible straws in lemon and strawberry flavors. They are much better than paper straws. You have to check them out!
