I stood in the store for about 10 minutes without being greeted. One employee had her back turned and never acknowledged the line of waiting customers, while another was sitting on break. There was no communication or customer service to be found. When a woman approached one of the workers to ask about her order taking too long, the reply was, "I have a lot of sandwiches to make." Eventually, the worker on break got up to assist, but a simple "Hello, please give us a few minutes" would have made a big difference. Overall, I found the experience very unprofessional, and it seemed like the employees did not want to be there at all!
The food and smoothies were excellent. The pesto chicken flatbread was particularly delicious. The dining area was clean and well-maintained. However, I do feel that the flatbread was a bit overpriced for its size.
Every time I get my smoothie, it tastes different. I only get one type of smoothie and it never tastes the same. Not only does it taste different each time, but the consistency is either too watery or too thick.
You can substitute Beyond Meat in any menu item, making the whole menu vegan-friendly. I was also told that the fruit smoothies are dairy-free.
