The staff at this restaurant are lazy and unfriendly. I placed a mobile order for a specific pickup time due to my tight schedule and arrived exactly when it was supposed to be ready, but it wasn't. The worker informed me that it would take an additional 10 minutes. I had ordered 20 minutes prior, and all I wanted was a single smoothie. The employees gave me unpleasant looks and showed no remorse as I watched them serve other customers who had arrived after me. After waiting 15 minutes beyond my scheduled pickup time (35 minutes total), they finally made my smoothie. First and foremost, this location charges significantly more for their smoothie than other locations. Also, the young, slender, Caucasian male that I interacted with made last night’s visit my last time visiting this location. I asked him if I could have the little bit that was leftover and he told me “no” because the other customers would be upset because they would perceive it as me getting a free smoothie. Are you kidding me?! It was literally less than an ounce, but other customers would perceive it as a free smoothie? Nonetheless, I am done with this overly priced non-accommodating location. I paid $10 for a smoothie that cost less than $7 at the other location.
Today's experience was disappointing. The employee with all the piercings made a big deal over charging 17 cents for extra sauce, something we've never been charged for before. She charged my card for just 17 cents, which seems ridiculous considering the transaction cost more than that! As a loyal customer, I won't be coming back. If there was enough sauce on the wrap in the first place, I wouldn’t even need to ask for extra.
I consistently have a wonderful experience at this location. It's very clean, the staff is friendly, and the smoothies are always made to perfection. The food tastes exceptionally fresh. I also appreciate how spotless the restrooms are, which definitely does not go unnoticed!

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The service was fantastic; everything was served quickly, and my smoothie was made to perfection. I also enjoyed the chicken bacon ranch, which was delicious. Definitely a 5-star rating from me!
I visited with my brother, and I can be quite particular about my smoothies. Unfortunately, they were out of several ingredients, which made it challenging to find a satisfying option. However, the staff were very friendly.
Thay can't take 50 dollar bills because that don't no if it's fake but that can take 20 and it can still be fake
