Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I love eating when they do it right. something is always missing. last time no side with something this time no dress for my salad, so I eat it dry. I am outraged that I have a dry salate. other paints they will choose when they have an salat or a wrap despite what they have chosen. I could be good with the wraps if they actually cut them through or made them the right size, but I have to tear them up too late each time. you can do any one fallen and sharpen your knife or harder so I don't ruin the integrity of the package to eat it. they do not mix the smoothies sometimes. had a big piece of data in the bottom of one of my smooths.

No greeting upon walking in, no have a great day or thanks when I was handed my food. I said thanks have a good day And there was no response, they just walked away. When I tried to order a side the response was we out of that The shrimp wrap and smoothie taste good, but there were 3 pieces of shrimp in my wrap that I paid $8 for and my apple is so bruised and mushy I can't eat it. Just overall disappointing.

Spent almost $25 smoothies and quesadillas on the mobile app just to get here and for there to be a sign on the door that states they’re closed. How unprofessional. Why not shut down mobile ordering. There were several ppl who came to the door and were as confused as me. No update to Google hours no nothing. This location should really do better!

We walked in, there was 3 of us and I’m waiting for someone to say something , we said, hello everyone and we got no response! A guy walked in and walked right past me and began to order, I couldn’t believe it! Every time we’ve been there previously, we’ve had the best service, no idea what happened, but we’re very disillusioned! Réservez une table maintenant

Normally I love this place, My smoothies are always spot on. However, I ordered through the TS App and the order was never delivered, they took my and eventually cancelled my order, however no refund???? Would be nice if the help in the app gave you a phone number instead of a form to fill out that never gets responded to!!!?

I ordered a mango smoothie from this load and I got the order delivered, but the smoothie had no sugar and the taste was very bad. So I called the load over the problem and hopefully they should get the money back within two days. Yeah, that was very disappointing.

8 to the point. most ppl would be angry, but the two women there were so nice that my things were made fast and well. def will return! I love the open early hours here

the performance of the actress was crazy. from no reason. would have ordered more food, but it was too much of a shutdown
