I give one star because every-time I go there it seems like everyone behind me gets their order before me, and my order isn?t that big. I?ve waited a whole 35mins for it only for them to ask for my order again. Theirs this one girl, I don?t know if she?s the manager, but she has a bad attitude and clearly doesn?t care about her job, just the money. The other employee would go to her to make my food but she didn?t want to talk to me and seemed irritated. The only time I like going to this location is when theirs NO customers. That?s when I get my stuff at a good pace, the service is still bad but atleast I can get my food and leave quickly. But if theirs even 5 customers theirs?I?ll be there...
My daughter and I came in after going to get her new retainer on . All she wanted was a Island green Tropical smoothie from our favorite place . I was very pleased when we walked in to, receive such a hardy welcome as everyone in the store said in harmony Welcome to Tropical Cafe . That was awesome is what came from my daughters mouth and I thought so as well. The staff was super friendly and the service was more than fantastic . Love , love , love this place its staff. This will be our favorite one for now on . Thanks again for such a pleasant experience
I work about 15-20 minutes away in Laurel (at Alte Glory Harley Davidson), and I visit this restaurant three or four times a month during my lunch break. It's definitely worth the trip! The staff is friendly, the place is always clean, and the food is absolutely delicious. The chipotle chicken flatbread is consistently served hot and fresh, and the Bahama Mama smoothie is the best smoothie I’ve ever had. Keep up the great work; I’ll definitely be back often!
Upon entering, I was immediately struck by the friendliness and warm welcome from the staff! I ordered the Caribbean Jerk Chicken wrap and a Beach Bum smoothie, both of which were absolutely delicious, and I hardly had to wait at all. I left feeling completely satisfied with both the outstanding customer service and my meal. I highly recommend Tropical Smoothie Cafe to everyone!

I absolutely love this new location! It's very clean and organized, and the staff is super friendly. They have a variety of delicious food options and incredible smoothies. My favorites are the loaded spinach salad and the Island Green smoothie! I will definitely be a regular here. It’s fantastic to have a place that offers healthy choices!
Had such an amazing experience at this brand new tropical smoothie! The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The food was very fresh, probably the best I've ever had from any tropical smoothie location. The smoothie was great and everything came out super quick. Will DEFINITELY be going back! So happy its open :
I visited Tropical Smoothie Cafe-Bowie during the grand opening on Saturday. The employees were friendly and very helpful during my 1st time visit at any Tropical Smoothie Cafe. The food and smoothie taste great. I will definitely be a regular customer and would recommend Tropical Smoothie Cafe-Bowie to everyone I know.
Had an order for 6. Ordered arrived in under an hour. Food was hot, smoothies were still very cold. Caribbean jerk wrap was delicious, very flavorful and spicy, the pineapple is a nice touch. Acai berry smoothie was very good. Very good portions and fair prices. I think it's relatively healthy food.

I and my daughter had a great experience in the tropical smoothie bow this morning. We even came for lunch, we got the turkey bacon ranch, cheese Queensadilla, island green and a jetty junior. Everything was delicious. Great staff is happy to have you in the community.
