Here is the truth. And you need to make changes. The wraps are not up to cool and crisp temperatures or warm if needed. The lettuce is older and not crisp. The hummus was used with some spoon and that spoon has been sitting in not changed water, as it’s that soggy taste in my mouth between the lettuce being older side and the hummus and or maybe the beans in the wrap. This was ordered maybe an hour or less ago under Maria from door dash. Please get it together! The store in Shelby township just opened and it’s wrap if made there would like surf your a out into the ocean far far away. That’s a play on the tropical theme. So the idea here is pretty simple! Stop making messes in the spoon that enter hummus, and make your. Vegetable wraps more clean, crips, and care what your serving to another person! Care about tightening the wrap, and the sticker being put on right! Care about your work environment and care about the way you temperature of your food and such is presented to on that wrap!!! Care about your work, and above all change those gloves more often, as I seriously could describe the taste of wet- sweaty- soaks in my mouth eat time I asked myself should I take another bite? It’s really disputable. I also know that for a fact if I said this in person I would NOT GET AN APOLOGY. Because no one apologies anymore to anyone…. Which is not okay. You get five stars for effort! But the rest is deplorable rubbish

Went to grab some food and a couple of smoothies about 20 minutes before close, was greeted by one of the two workers, Tiffany B, and when I started my order, which was the banana pb flatbread, she immediately told me she can 't guarantee the grills are still on because they close in 15 minutes . I told her they close in 18 minutes and she then raised the tone in her voice and asked what else she could get for me. She continued with her tone while I gave her the rest of my order and proceeded to the back to make it. I stood there while she talked to the other worker about how a different location turns their grills off TWO HOURS before close and complained about how I was standing there watching them. The other worker then walked over to her with her back turned to me and was talking super low, bobbing her head with some sass so I can only imagine what was said. If this were a normal restaurant with a real grill I can understand closing stuff down a little early, but it isn 't. It 's a place that has a panini press, or something similar to it which doesn 't take long to heat up or even clean at the end of a shift. I worked in restaurant for 12 years, and every place I worked at served food until the last minute they close. I 'm pretty sure corporate wouldn 't appreciate them treating customers like that when we 're the reason they make money.

I visited this Tropical Smoothie Cafe with a friend, hoping to grab a quick refreshment. However, the service was absolutely dreadful. Despite the nearly empty store, the staff seemed completely disinterested in assisting us. We approached an empty counter, but there was no one in sight to take our order. After catching the attention of an employee making smoothies, we were promised assistance 'soon. ' Minutes ticked by as we were continually ignored or given vague assurances that someone would attend to us. It was frustrating to see staff members casually passing by without any intention of serving us. Despite multiple reassurances, nobody bothered to take our order, and the staff 's lackadaisical attitude was evident when one of them started moping in the back without a care in the world. We finally decided to leave after a ridiculous amount of time waiting, feeling utterly neglected and unimportant. I have never experienced such abysmal service, especially in an almost empty store. This was a disappointing and frustrating waste of time, and it 's clear that customer service is not a priority at this location.

There were no other customers. Great Smoothie selection but for 2 smoothies with $1.80 tip it was little more than $18. Wowzer bout that price. I couldda went bought fresh fruit yogurt and fed my family all smoothies for that price. Never been there before I know why I won't real soon. The drink was superb though I must admit. And you can add in whey protein to any of your choices.

11-11-23 7pm i got a peanut butter banana sandwich, which i get all the time, and this one was the absolute driest sandwich ive ever had, was hard to eat. it was like there was barely honey on there, if any. absolutely terrible. smoothies were good though.
