Just returned after a lovely week in the sun. My review will be a honest one. Booked with Jet 2 and the room we were shown was not the rooms we were allocated on arrival. The rooms shown where at the sister hotel not the Tropicana, felt very disappointed on arrival. Hotel 5th floor overlooking the pool and the beach, the view was amazing but the birds nesting in the reed roof on the balcony were a nightmare especially in the morning at 5:30am! Me and the wife stayed here for 3 nights whilst on holiday and after reading some reviews about the staff clearly we had no problem with them. but found the staff very friendly and very polite. Es la segunda vez que me quedé en el hotel Tropicana, aunque soy cliente del Amaragua, como leí en algunos críticos el hotel es viejo pero es el único crítico porque la limpieza del desayuno y la cena con la misma calidad que en amaragua, ambas reservas, recepción,camareros las niñas de la limpieza para todos 10 , la piscina muy tranquila, el acceso a la gran playa definitivamente caerá todo y cada vez que pueda. No puedo dejar de mencionar a su director D.Miguel sánchez como su hija bárbara trata a los clientes magníficamente bien.
