He was able to serve me and I enjoyed learning about how this food truck came to be. The chicken was divine smoked and then he flash fries it upon order and that skin was crackling crispy! Huge drumsticks with delicious sweet and spicy sriracha sauce. Even the waffle had homemade flavor and texture that was top notch!
