We used True Cuisine for our wedding on 6/25/22. We had a tasting with them in February of 2021, and we had an amazing experience. Since my parents lived out of state, Meghann made sure we could have a second tasting with them present as well. Meghann and her team were awesome all day on our wedding! True cuisine recently catered for a cocktail birthday party at our home and it was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented!! We ordered the petite potato cups, Brie gougeres w/fig Marsala, out of this world bbq meatballs, and smoked chicken quesadillas. All were tasty and well balanced. Food came fresh and warm! Sara Ridder our event planner helped with menu options and all her suggestions were spot on. The dessert of mini pumpkin, apple, and pecan tarts were a hit! We had a fabulous experience with True Cuisine. The food was absolutely incredible. I had multiple people comment to me that the food was delicious, especially the lemon chicken. We actually thought it was even better than we remembered from the tasting! In addition to the food being great, the staffing was phenomenal. Throughout the process we worked with Lauren and Sara Claire, both of whom were kind, helpful, and extremely responsive to emails. We used True Cuisine for our wedding and would absolutely recommend them! My husband and I travel a lot, and we wanted to feature food from the different countries we'd traveled to together at our wedding reception, and True Cuisine made it happen without a hitch! Their menu selection was so extensive that we were able to serve food from India, French Polynesia, Italy, Greece, Colombia, Mexico, New Orleans, and France at our reception. Their team was super responsive to all of our questions/feedback, and they went above and beyond to make our day a success. Their food tasted phenomenal (HIGHLY recommended the brisket) and all of our guests left with a full belly and plenty of compliments.

I have been meaning to write this review for a long time! We couldn't have found a better caterer for our wedding reception in the fall of 2022! We had very complicated menu needs and True took on our requests with so much enthusiasm and willingness to accommodate us. Every single step of the planning and execution was flawless. All of the staff--from the catering coordinator to the bartender--were super generous and helpful and we were blown away by everyone's professionalism and collaboration, particularly on the day of the event. True made our special day even more special--I give them my highest recommendation! P.S. The pricing was very reasonable!
Lauren and the Sweet Baby Ray's/True Cuisine team were incredible for our wedding day! We were looking for tasty barbecue and they delivered downright delicious food for our big day. They were easy to work with and responsive. Plus, they provided almost all of our rentals. We rented farm tables, linens, purple goblets, and even a port-o-potty for our backyard wedding. We are so grateful for all the work they put in to make our day so special and would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, excellent caterer for their big event. This catering company is the absolute best! I will recommend them to everyone in search of a great cater for their wedding. Sarah was so phenomenal and proactive with helping me prepare for the big day! I can’t even count the number of compliments my husband and I received about the food, and about the staff working our reception. True Cuisine is the BEST catering company we've ever worked with. We used them for our wedding and the food was divine guests raved about the rigatoni, black cherry brisket and herb roasted chicken (seriously, it's so much better than your standard wedding food . In addition to the incredible food, their service is second to none very professional and speedy (they had 160+ dishes out in under 15 mins! Meghann and her team are the best!
