The place is real clean ,well maintained with an amazing friendly staff Menu selection is decent .Food is delicious.Had a burger .. followed with a beer .. then dessert .. then coffee . All just perfect and best thing it's organic food I was waited upon by MAILY and she was just awesome .One thing I loved about this place was that manager kept walking around all over the restaurant saying hello to people and asking if all was good and kept a good eye out for everythinf going on . I like that he was hands on not hiding somewhere not wanting to be bothered.Will definitely go there again maybe for brunch next time .
I love coming to this restaurant. I discovered it in California during a trip, so I was thrilled when they opened a location on the East Coast. The staff must undergo excellent training because I have never experienced poor service. Sometimes the service can be a bit slow, but I am not the type to linger after I finish eating.
Fantastic Vegetarian Options! Recently dined at True Food Kitchen in Garden City and had an amazing experience. The freshness of the ingredients truly stood out, and as vegetarians, we appreciated the waitress's knowledgeable suggestions for delicious plates. Overall, a great place for both food and drinks!
Very good food. Went at lunch time but food was served quickly. Options for vegetarians and vegans are great!Vegetarian options: We had the vegan burger and vegetarian squash casserole. Both were great! I've had the edamame dumplings before and they are amazing.

Another pleasant and tasty meal, at True Food Kitchen. It was my third time dining there, since the spring! The staff is courteous, professional and helpful. True Food Kitchen's menu is varied, where most people can find items of interest.
I ordered the butternut squash pizza and it was delicious. The shrimp tacos were also very tasty. The chocolate chip cookies were amazing! I'm not usually a vegan, but I'm trying to eat healthier and this place surpassed my expectations.
The atmosphere/ambiance and service are wonderful. I think the food could be flavored better without being overly salty. And I think the portion sizes could be bigger (especially for the price). But overall great dining experience.

The sandwich disintegrated, and it was not tasty. The hamburger was overdone. Extremely disappointing.
