I went and got some brisket baked potatoes. They were tasty. I was surprised that they had them. They usually run out early. They offer several different types of toppings to go along with whatever meat you choose. It is a bit pricey, but all things seem to be going up these days. If in mood for quick and different type of meal give it a try. They also have brisket beans, which are very good, in my opinion.
We were meeting my granddaughter's uncle to do an exchange and we wanted to eat before heading back to Corpus. We looked up restaurants and decided on bbq. We did freak out a little when we ended up at HEB but we got down anyway. It was honestly the best bbq I've eaten. The brisket beans were awesome!
I absolutely love the food here! Everything is delicious and fresh. The pickles are especially amazing—crunchy and tasty. The pulled pork and brisket are tender and perfectly cooked. The HEB staff are consistently cheerful and provide excellent customer service.

If you believe that BBQ cannot be so good in a grocery store, then you are wrong! Surprisingly good! We had a brisket that was perfect and the pages we got were also really good. Also the Brisket Nachos, who were better than some we had elsewhere!
This heb has it all! I love it! It also has the two restroom areas,so you never have to wait in line till you burst,like other stores. The people at this store are also very kind ,helpful,and understanding. Keep up the good work!
