Soft opening for friends and family was a hit! The word got out and it was packed(free samples). We had no problems the first opening day. I had the best black tea latte with boba! I tried taro as well in the brown sugar milk A3. Both were excellent, rarely do you get taro and grass jelly options, sooo good. I will be a regular customer. I’m sure the crowds will be better with the grand opening coming this week. I can’t wait to go back
I ordered the A1 brown sugar with pearl fresh milk at 50% ice and 50% sugar. The portion size was small since this restaurant is more geared towards takeout, which was not a major issue. The location was very clean and the service was quick for all orders. Despite the plaza being busy, it is a convenient spot next to a hiking trail, supermarket, and the 60 freeway. Overall, it was a nice addition to the area.
New boba shop in town, there was a line but wasn’t a long wait. I tried the brown sugar fresh milk, and it was my favorite compared to Tiger Sugar down the street. The staffs were friendly and nice, store was clean, I like that they have milk alternatives for people with lactose intolerant. I would come back to try their other flavor drinks.
Got the A1 Brown Sugar with Pearls and Fresh Milk at 30% Ice and 50% Sugar and it was SO GOOD! I love that I could adjust the sugar for the brown sugar drinks because there are many places that don't offer that option, and 50% was the perfect amount of sweetness for myself. The bubble tea at this café was very inconsistent. My initial experience was positive with soft and tasty boba and flavorful drinks. However, when I returned a few weeks later, the drinks were still good but the boba was hard and difficult to chew. It seems to be a hit or miss situation.
I recently tried the classic black tea latte at True Dan's and was not impressed. The tea was lacking the creamy texture I would expect in a latte, tasting more like sugary water with a subtle hint of tea. Unfortunately, this disappointing experience does not leave me inclined to return.
I arrived at the restaurant at 12 noon on Friday and was pleased to find no wait. Our drinks came quickly. We tried the A1 and found it to be just average. One thing we appreciated was that the sugar and ice levels were customizable.
Not a lot of selections but the quality and taste are excellent. Friendly staff and great location inside the shopping complex with lots of parking. Réservez une table maintenant
