As usual, the food was good and the manager was as friendly as ever. Today my waitress Sarah pushed my visit over the top! Although I will not go into detail, she was better than the advertising! This used to be a really great location, but over the past year or so, they have the thinnest smallest fillets of any Chickfila I've been to. Staff is still great as is the service, but why does this one location, out of the 4 I frequent, have this issue? Strangely, if you order a spicy sandwich, you'll get a good fillet.
I had such a pleasant encounter with the manager today! He treated a simple problem and went beyond and beyond! It was such a great experience as it seems lately, customer service is not where it must be, but he let me know that no matter what's going on, he will rise and every customer is important! Thank you again, sir.
It's not just a Chick-Fil-A, it's the Truett's Grill. What do they have in the menu? All they had. It is not only your average Chikn Square; but they have burgers, they have pancakes, they have a train over the head and an Indian motorcycle in the middle. Come here, get a shake and a hotbrown and have a good time.
