Staff and service of the hotel truly outstanding, super friendly and almost no wish isn’t fulfilled. GM seems to greet every guest personally. Staff seems to be super trained and well managed. Rooms imo not worth the money, they still seem old and way to classy. Missing bag for wellness doesn’t seem to be an issue (it certainly was for us . Nothing to drink and no snacks in the wellness area, maybe Covid related. (We got some fruits upon request. Wellness overall very clean and inviting. La Brezza experience was stunning and we were blown away by the food and the staff. Shake salads in the restaurant named basement as well Super creative and tasty.
