However, they also offer a vegan menu section and their ribs, in particular, stood out as some of the best faux meat I have ever tasted. The owner has skillfully applied their expertise in barbecue to vegan cuisine with delicious results. While the prices may be on the higher side, the quality of the food makes it well worth it.

The owner has successfully incorporated her expertise in barbecue into vegan cuisine. While it may be on the expensive side, the quality of food makes it worth the price.
I was glad to see that this restaurant offered vegan options, but I think they could improve a bit, especially with their nachos. The nachos had cold cashew cheese and the pico de gallo was just a few tomatoes, onions, and jalapenos on top. They no longer offer the tofu dish or buffalo cauliflower, and they were also out of vegan ribs.
