I was already in japan and I know very well how to taste sushi and what it means to make sushi and to consume. In a nightly walk through the 6th Wiener community, aimlessly through the numerous side streets of the maria helper road, I came by accident past this local. at the time it was unfortunately booked, I should just come another time. Unfortunately, I also had the following 4 paintings not really happy, the more my curiosity has risen. Why is everything full?An evening I put it on and behold, I got a place and how it paid off! the owner (and chef) bennie is an ingenious sushi master and no, I am still here! I came a lot of paints after the first time and yes, I can hardly eat other sushi. it is not just the sushi which is brilliant. the sake (both cold and warm), the miso suppe, the edamame. but what I want to emphasize here specifically (and what is not on the map) there is nato! the price can scare off something for sushi, it is definitiw high price level, but I just want to say it is every cent worth! my recommendations are the edamame, nato on reis with ei (not for everyone!,) regenbogensushi, aalsushi (my absolute favorit) and the cold sake. I would also like to mention here, to reserve is a good idea! bennie is often on caterings and locks more regular its restaurant too. In addition, he also locks when the ingredients are all, so don't be surprised when you're just eating out.

Noticed the restaurant from an article and coincidentally we were looking for a sushi place that evening when we were close by. I did not expect much as newspapers could mislead and disappoint in reality. The location is conveniently in a side street of Mariahilfer Strasse but I guess few will pass it by chance.Anyhow, we were amazed by the passion and warmth that the chef and owner put into his creations. From the welcoming to the farewell, he did everything by himself. We noticed that he sent away 3 guests even though we were only 6 people sitting there at that time. The reason was probably that he couldn't prepare more dishes since he focused so much on details which we all observed.Surly it is hard to compare the freshness with what you get in Japan but it was really the best what we've had in Vienna so far.Higher priced compared to mainstream restaurants but definitely worth it if you are not just looking for salmon and tuna.

This is an authentic Japanese restaurant. Sashimi, sushi and maki are the main dishes. And they are really good! A sushi mix (12 pieces) costs roughly double of what you would pay in a "normal" sushi place in Vienna. But there is a reason for that, the fish is clearly super fresh and tasty. Also, the rice is perfectly cooked. Good selection of Sake. No credit card or bancomat accepted.

was eating with a friend here and we were just totally thrilled! the local is very inconspicuous, the more surprised we were from the super-leckeren makis! I can really recommend it to everyone. we have paid for makis, soda lemon and drinking money 15€.
