I have gone to Tulipan on Belvedere for 5 years for a total of 10 times. So twice a year. The place has never had much of an atmosphere. Just order at the counter and go. I went early this last Saturday, 3/23. Wasn't busy. The place was filthy. As if the floors hadn't been swept or mopped in weeks. The glass to the pastries was smudged with dirt, handprints, and just gunk. The women working there were not friendly to anyone. I ordered 5 pastries and a sandwich. The manager used a small box.
