When we arrived we were told to head to the bar, we were stood there for 10 mins and no one looked at us to serve us. When our table was ready, we were given two circle tables for 6 completely anti social and hard to talk. This was smoothed over by a bottle of Prosecco thank you. When our starters came, 2 were forgotten about and you could clearly see the chef having an issue with the fact he hadn’t made two of our starters….so half of us had finished our starters before others had theirs. Arranging a lunch for a group of 16 fussy over 60s is never easy, but this proved to be a very popular choice and was also easy to organise. I was able to circulate the menu and pre order the main courses on the restaurant website (by name) avoiding the usual Who ordered the...? while everyone is talking when the food arrives. The server also recorded orders for drinks by name to match the food orders. This made billing to each payer much easier afterwards. The server Jeff liaised with me beforehand and handled our rabble effortlessly. The friendly team included Tia (bar) and Staisha (chef). The food was a tasty fusion of British, American and pure Caribbean and everyone enjoyed their lunch....
I and my partner came here a few weeks ago and were mainly served by charlotte, the customer service was excellent. we made a 2 hours brunch where we got unlimited cocktails and red stripes along with a main meal. personally, the vegan Burger-Back was a little too roasted for me, which gave him a funny taste, but apart from that, it was good to eat. also wow they know how to cook plantain, it was the best plantain we have ever eaten from a restaurant. we're coming back! eating is incredible, the customer service was incredible and the mood and cleanliness of their restaurants was incredible. an absolute, this is only visit!
I went to a bottomless brunch with my friends and had a great time. The service was excellent, and our server was attentive. We tried a variety of cocktails, and they were all delicious. The atmosphere was lively, and the food was presented nicely and of good quality. I personally found my breakfast to be too spicy for my liking, but that's just my preference and not a reflection on the restaurant. In the end, I ended up drinking more cocktails instead. Overall, it was great value for money.

We came here as part of our UK trip traditio ; bottomless brunch. Incredibly attentive staff, our waitress Leah was a delight and welcomed us to the table. Thoroughly enjoyed with a large selection of cocktails and food all within the bottomless brunch. Great atmosphere and music adds to an excellent vibe well worth visiting. This is another strong branch for the business.
eating was best, personal excellent. we ordered one around and coke with “just everyone will do” but they wouldn’t have it. we have a proposition about different arounds and lead us to any amazing witness that opened our eyes. great experience! beautiful atmosphere and two-for-a drinks up to 7 helped also write how we are here the day after. round 2!
really delicious food, great selection on menu. also good cocktails. friendly helpful service. fun decor. we had a selection of appetizers, the sweet corpses of fritters with a mango sauce were very delicious. very recommended turtle bay. will definitely come back to try out more dishes, wished there was one closer where I live.
we went for groundless brunch and could not recommend it anymore. the eating was nice, there was a large selection of drinks included and the staff was so friendly and helpful

This restaurant is amazing! The atmosphere is great and the staff is very nice. It's a good place to visit and the passion fruit cocktail is fantastic.
