My partner and I have been frequenting this restaurant for almost a year. We usually visit at least once a month since we live nearby. The restaurant was under renovations until recently, and since then, the quality of service and food has declined. The servers take a long time to take orders, and the food can be hit or miss depending on who's in the kitchen. Drink refills are often forgotten. It seems like they may have cut hours or laid off staff, as the lack of service suggests. I always order a burger, which is consistently good, but my partner's ribs can be inconsistent in size, burnt, or with overly thick sauce. Just had lunch/brunch. Our server, Ryan, was excellent! He made great recommendations from the menu and even gave us substitutions that he prefers. Food was delicious and came out quickly. Ryan was attentive to one of our group with an allergy as he came to explain how the food was made in case it would compromise her. Just a great lunch and great experience! I had a fantastic experience at this place, with all the dishes exceeding expectations, except for the wings. We tried the BLACKENED CHICKEN GOAT CHEESE and BLACKENED CHICKEN with GUACAMOLE CHIPS. Furthermore, Amanda, our server, provided exceptional service, always serving with a smile and ensuring our satisfaction. This place is definitely a must-try!!!
Daughter and her friends requested. Actually a good experience but a stand out was John our server. Without John this place would grind to a halt. Juggling the whole place in my opinion . He made sure the girls were on time for their movie and was awesome. Thanks John.
