Tuscany Villa is usually quiet and serves consistently good food. However, our visit on October 13th at 6:00 PM was disappointing due to poor service. When we arrived, we waited five minutes before being told we could sit anywhere, despite a sign asking us to wait for the hostess. We chose a table, then waited another ten minutes before our waitress came. We placed our entire order at once—appetizers, entrees, and drinks—but had to wait an additional ten minutes for our drinks, which only arrived after my wife inquired about them.

I am very disappointed! This was my first experience ordering from Tuscany Villa. I called to place an order for a Grandma pizza, a square Sicilian style, along with some garlic knots. As I was finishing my order, the woman on the phone put me on hold without any explanation. I waited for around five minutes, wondering where she had gone. I eventually hung up and called back, and a man answered. I explained the situation, and he informed me that my order was in and would be ready in 20 minutes.

I absolutely love this restaurant. The pizza is delicious, and their sauce strikes the perfect balance—not too sweet or bland, which in my opinion, makes or breaks a pizza. We've tried the calamari, chicken francese, wings, and more, and have never been disappointed. The lunch specials are also fantastic. We usually order through Uber Eats, so I can't speak to the dine-in experience.
My large extended family reserved space for around 30 people here after a funeral, possibly even more. Despite the size of our group, we were treated exceptionally well and served promptly. Thanks to Tuscany Villa, we enjoyed a memorable meal. The food was delicious, and I look forward to returning to explore more of their menu under happier circumstances.
