Tutoni's - Réservation de table

Called for reservation. Hostess said she had it down, but a guy called 2x confused about the reservation. Hostess was friendly when we got there. Excellent server. Started with their Moscato wine. Half the size of a normal bottle and was $40. The Moscato wine we get from the liquor store is better and only $16. Ordered the bruschetta. It had Fava beans, bacon and blended ricotta cheese. Not a fan. I'd stick to the tried and true recipe of diced tomatoes, diced spinach, garlic, oregano, basil, Parmesan, mozzarella, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. So I will preface this by saying that we have been coming here for 4 years. The past two times we have ordered the chefs table and last year it was excellent!This year it was all excellent except for the entree which was disappointing. We even opted for the wine pairing which didn’t make much sense for the entree.It started with a chilled cucumber soup, bruschetta with heated fresh mozzarella, an exquisite duck and gnocchi plate….Then comes the entree which was dry breaded fluke over flavorless couscous with asparagus. I would also like to commend the kitchen staff. We sampled various salads and appetizers, and each dish was exceptional—using incredibly fresh ingredients prepared in inventive ways. Don’t miss the charred octopus! We only ordered one glass of wine and let the bartender select a dry red for us, which turned out to be an excellent choice. I will definitely return! Parking was convenient; we found a spot right out front.

The food was out of this world; I could drink the sauce from the braised beef gnocchi like it's juice—it's that good! And, of course, the espresso martinis and dessert were absolutely superb! Had the chance to enjoy this fabulous restaurant and it was outstanding. The food was spectacular and the service was excellent. I can’t say enough about a place that has good customer service these days. It’s hard to find, but this establishment nailed it!

It was our first time dining at Tutoni’s and we will definitely return. The meatballs were absolutely delicious as well as the pasta and sauce, everything was extremely fresh. We also enjoyed the Tiramisu and Cheesecake which were amazing.

We had a wonderful time, great waitress wonderful food. We sat upstairs, was alittle noisy but that's to b expected. Definitely go again. Easy parking too

The gnocchi with braised short ribs is the most amazing dish I've ever tasted! Each bite feels like receiving a warm hug from a grandmother.

Love this place!!! The speakeasy is incredible Chelsea is the absolute best bartender in the area!!!
