Tutta Bella Neapolitan Pizzeria

Arriving on a Thursday right when they opened beating the lunch crowd I was seated right away. I sat at the bar to overlook the prep working going on in the kitchen and at the center the marvelous wood fired oven at the time filled with roasted red peppers, onions and cauliflower. I watched as the team of five led under Chef Javier Nicholas worked hard to prep for the days business. I knew what kind of pie I wanted before arrival, and looked at their wine selection after I was seated. The only downfall the staff wasn’t up par on the current wine selections and tastes. The restaurant was conveniently located next to our hotel, the Pan Pacific Seattle. Our server was attentive and accommodating, and we enjoyed being able to dine outdoors. Overall, we found the food to be delicious, with the exception of one item, which is why we gave it four stars. We ordered the Caesar salad, burrata, and a large Tutta Bella pizza. The burrata was fresh and tasty, but both my partner and I found the pizza to be bland. I usually have a sensitive palate for saltiness, so I double-checked with my partner who also felt the same way. It's possible they forgot to add salt to the pizza, but everything else was great.

I ordered two 10-inch pizzas for takeout. The Roberto pizza was fantastic, but the Tutta Bella pizza was nothing special, we might even call it bland. The salads and Cannoli portions were smaller than I expected. I would probably return to try out other styles of pizza.

The food at this restaurant was tasty, but they were understaffed which caused slow service. Additionally, I would recommend not sitting upstairs as it can feel very stuffy. Réservez une table maintenant

Had 10” Tutta Bella red pizza for lunch. The service was great and the food came fast. Didn’t wait for a long time. Pizza itself is pretty good.
