I just left so upset with this place. And not the actual place but with the owner . Let 's start with the covid protocol which should be max of 8 people while I was in there at max an additional 4 people can in which made a total of 12 people plus the owner 13 people in store way to keep it safe. Then we get to the register she is moody as hell and usually when I go they as for my rewards number she didn 't. I had to let her know I have a rewards number which she seemed irritated about. I always come to this tutti frutti with my parents after shopping at Costco. Every-time I come I am greeted by positive and kind employees but this time was not the case. The employees don't have a name tag so I was not able to catch the girls name but she was Asian and had glasses(not sure if she is the manager). She seemed to be having a bad day and had attitude. Also I don't like the fact that she was being extremely rude and mean to the other employee that she was training . I understand that sometimes training some can be difficult but it doesn't mean you should be mean to the trainee , especially in front of customers. The sanitation here is disgusting no wonder they have a grade level C. The ground is sticky and poorly cleaned I assume it's from spilled yogurt but if there was good management the floor would be kept clean and spills cleaned immediately. On top of this the staff does not wash hands frequently and served another customer right after handling money! The consistency of the yogurts were also all very different and the only logical explanation for this is that they are not all kept frozen at all times. I know this from my personal working experience in frozen yogurt and I can tell you that this is not safe. I would not trust the yogurt or toppings here based off of this information alone.
They now have indoor seating, but when I ordered my drink, the girl who took my order asked me to wait outside until it was ready. I'm not sure why I couldn't sit inside while I waited, especially since there was available seating. I would come back for a drink, but the service from her was lacking. Yesterday, she handed me my drink as if she were in a rush and wanted me to leave. However, I mentioned that I was still waiting for my donut from my order. I was the only customer there, so I don't understand what the problem was. On the other hand, I’ve had good experiences with the other staff members during my previous visits.
The workers are always really nice and they have my FAVORITE yogurt flavor TARO!! Yes screaming in caps because taro frozen yogurt is extremely hard to find and luckily this gem is right by my boyfriend's house! Yogurtland discontinued taro several years ago and I was so sad I couldn't find it ever again. The taro yogurt here is delicious and that's literally all I come for. Only con is sometimes it can be melted out the machine, I wish it always came out frozen and cold. But I will forever come here because they serve my favorite flavor ever lol.
If I could leave one star I would literally just left, not even in there for 2 minutes. The guy working there now has an nasty attitude. They have a sign up no boba. Perfectly fine wasn't there for boba. Haven't told him what I wanted yet and he keeps repeating himself. All I wanted was a milk tea over ice. I get people are in hard times, but no need to have an attitude specially if you have people willing to spend money at a place. Get someone better at this store.
This place sucks , got to a different one. It's dirty, sticky from the yogurt place is never pack when I go but the workers are always in the back hiding doing whatever . It only takes a few minutes to clean wipe down then u can go back in the back and hide and do whatever u want in the back mean while wait for another customer to come in! This says a lot about management!!
I absolutely love their flavors! You can't go wrong with the tart fruit toppings. My favorite is the green tea matcha with boba, but they also offer slushies and Vietnamese coffee. Just a heads up, they close at 9:30 PM, though I'm not certain about their opening hours. It's definitely one of those places you visit for a little pick-me-up!
