Twelve Boar - Réservation de table

Twelve Boar is a welcome addition to the Redlands offering an authentic USA taste on things - so much so I almost thought I was in Cleveland, Ohio!!As correctly mentioned in other reviews the food is good, well priced and tasty.One thing Mr Twelve Boar could keep in mind though is that this style of 'good ole boys' kind of food is a bit messy.... Those ribs etc do come with a lot of sauce and the dining experience is hampered when you end up making nothing but a **** mess of your self.Now normally I don't encourage adults to wear bibs, but at Twelve Boar it would be a good idea. Make that a 'very' good idea.. Also too some decent napkins would not go astray.. The thin little jobbies on offer...

Been around the low and slow scene for a while was interested to try out this joint.Service was good, in saying that I was the only one there for a Sunday lunch. Ordered the brisket burger and BBQ fries Brisket burger was ok very basic ingredients I questioned if the brisket was 14hrs smoked rather the smoke flavour is in the sauce cooked in an oven. When I asked where the smoker is the staff responded by saying we cook them in the oven.Fries was ok over sauced with chopped brisket. Not a bad attempt at American low n slow. Can be improved

When I was living in the USA, I developed an addiction to ribs, those things were amazing, I have tried to find ribs that good in Australia and its been a challenge, that is, until I found Twelve Boar. Simple, unpretentious food that is flavoursome, rich and you want to get your hands (and face) dirty eating it. Served with a rustic slaw and thick cut chips, you have your choice of burgers with pulled pork or brisket (or both together if you like), hot dogs, wings, and beef or pork ribs. You won't leave hungry.

Got take-out with friends Saturday night before they flew back out and they totally stuffed up our order (apart from chilli dog). Out of 6 meals 4 were burgers and they got them wrong, forgot the sweet potato fries, chips were overcooked, wrong dressings etc. Called to let them know and only response was yes we stuffed up a few orders. Customer Service needs a little tweaking! Réservez une table maintenant

In the vein of current popularity, 12 Boar offers your "pulled" meat selections in various forms, as well as the likes of absolutely huge ribs and racks of others. Their lunch special is what I popped in for and it was nice. My colleague had one of the hot-dogs as well and he said it wasn't bad. I would return if I was in the area.

On the main street but not worth the stop. We ordered burgers and they were burnt - not just the meat but the buns also. The chips were nice however. Seating is tiny (not good if you are a plus size person). Staff were friendly enough but I wouldn't be returning.

Had some great wings here! Very authentic and some of the best we've tried in Australia. Didn't give it 5 stars as we had to pay for bottles of water. Very in-American. Felt like a bit of a money grab, especially as the wings were quite pricey.

Had the best ribs and the sauce was to die for. Had pork ribs 100% meat (no fat) and a great serve! Was served by Jake great service! Guys keep up the great work! Would love to see beef burgers on the menu ? Réservez une table maintenant

Tasty but not as good as Lord of the Wings at Carindale. Had wings and pork ribs. Staff are very young and seem to socialise with each other a bit much.

Great buffalo wings, great chips oh and the ranch sauce yum! Always consistent and meals are out quick.
