First off I Yelp wait to you see that review. A gentleman name Jim Dahl recommended the restaurant. In his office he booked the reservation for 5:30pm. I got there a few minutes early. The hostess very professional called me by my first name, I explained that I needed a booth since I just had back surgery. Very accountable for my needs. I sat down and got immediate service. The ambiance was relaxing. My waiter I believe his name was Brandon sociable making you feel part of the family. He gave me a towel to moisten my hands great gesture. We visited this restaurant to celebrate my wife's birthday, and we were thoroughly impressed. The waitstaff exemplified excellence. They guided us through the menu, and we indulged in a selection of oysters alongside the best carpaccio I’ve ever tasted. The staff proudly highlighted their house-pickled mushrooms, which were a delightful addition. The lobster bisque, served tableside, was rich with large chunks of lobster and vibrant, fresh flavors. The bread basket complemented our meal wonderfully, and we each tried a couple of pieces at our table of three, sharing bites—all of which were excellent. So I am comparing this to Southpointe Silverado steakhouse. We were there last night and wanted to try this place because it looked good and the value was pretty good…We had the special for Tuesday which was an amazing value, tomahawk steak was perfect…the sides we got were not hot enough..potato was Luke warm, brocali was Luke warm, if the plates for the steak were hot, it would have been better, you shouldn’t have to run out of water and a wait for your glass to be filled…maybe it was an off night for service but compared to Silverado this service was not very good

This is usually my fave place to eat when I'm in Vegas. But last night, the service we received was not so great. We waited forever for our food. Which would have been okay, if the waiter brought my alcoholic beverage while I waited. I would just expect more for what we paid. We literally had to hunt the waiter down for everything. Do better! I ended up canceling my second drink because it took so long.
From the moment we walked in the service was spectacular. This is such a hidden gem. Our server Brandon was spot on, as well as every other person that assisted. The steak melted like butter in our mouth and the veggies were perfectly cooked. We had the sorbet champagne float for dessert, which was delightful. I would highly recommend this restaurant and can’t wait to go back.
We had a party of six with Lee as our server. Everything was exceptionally good with outstanding service. We have dined at Twin Creeks several times and have never been disappointed.
The atmosphere is fantastic, and the steak cuts are of remarkable quality! This is definitely one of my favorite dining experiences.

Expensive but so worth it. The horseradish sauce for the prime rib is absolutely amazing
