Very disappointing experience tonight at Twin Kiss in Sheridan! We took our 6 year old and 3 year old daughters for a treat before the first day of school. The Facebook page says open until 9:00pm. However, when we arrived at 7:55pm the staff informed us that they were closing at 8:00. We then asked if it was too late to order. They said no so we ordered. At about 8:10 the staff stared leaving. As they left they said “we’re leaving”. We responded with “ok, thank you. We’ll be going soon”. Then the owner walked out and said he wasn’t leaving until we did. Quality of the food: terrible. Price: even worse. To the young lady working the counter: I get that your dad owns the place and you dont want to be there but taking it out on the customer by giving them something thats subpar is a great way to have your dads business go under. Maybe it was bad luck, but our ice cream treats were horrible. Peanuts in the parfait had so much salt I almost barfed. Lady that helped us was very pleasant though. Too many warning signs outside. I went today for the first time and LOVED this place!! The food was excellent, with so many options. I also got to meet the owner who was working the drive through absolutely great guy. Can’t wait to stop by again.

This place is a gem .. I love the milkshakes, breaded mushrooms and the tenderloins!
