We’ve ordered delivery from Twin Trees Cicero several times, trying different dishes each time, and the food has always arrived hot and right on time! Whether we order for immediate delivery or schedule a later time, it’s consistently spot on—which is impressive for delivery service. My husband’s favorites are the pizza and Philly sandwich, while I love the chicken tenders (which are truly tender!) and my new go-to, the wings and onion rings. Twin Trees has definitely become our favorite delivery spot. We’re excited to try more menu items, though it’s hard to stray from our favorites. The food at Twin Trees Cicero was good, and the delivery arrived on time. However, they did not inform me about the extra charges involved with my order. I checked the menu on their website and confirmed the prices before ordering, but the final bill was $15 higher. When I called Hailey to ask, she simply apologized and said I wasn’t informed about those fees. Disappointing experience despite the tasty food.

We recently moved back to the Syracuse area after living away for more than ten years. The one thing we missed was Twin Trees Pizza! Pizza anywhere else is just not the same! Delivery is prompt, friendly, and the food is always hot.
