Well I don't want to be too harsh but if I just state the facts it's gonna sound kind of bad so I'm gonna just say a couple things, the food is not good it was funny it was so bad that we were just basically cracking jokes the whole time about the food so that being said the wisecracks were worth the money that we spent on the food I suppose but here is the problem the dang place is skanky I mean look at the tables there's funk in every crevice they're dirty they have been refinished improperly and therefore the grime it's difficult probably for the employees to clean off it was just gross I wasn't even comfortable sitting at the table well actually we were at a booth, The play gym is dirty...
My then-four-year-old twins celebrated their first real birthday party at this venue in 2017. Prior to that, their celebrations had only consisted of a small cake and a few presents shared with a couple of family members. However, on our way out, a staff member confronted us in a very rude manner, insisting that we needed to either buy food or pay the fee to be there. It’s simply not worth the cost when we have to pay $10 for each of our two kids and $8 for each adult. You’re better off going to a cleaner place like Silly Goose or Chuck E. Cheese, where they don’t charge adults and offer more activities. We won’t be coming back. The prices are too high, and as a side note, getting to the ball pit is quite a challenge. I visited this location once before booking it for my daughter's 2nd birthday and--let me tell you--it was a great choice!! The food was delicious, they took care of EVERYTHING as well. Food, decor, giveaways, activities. It was incredible and my daughter and her guests had the time of their lives! I literally only paid and supplied the cake and they took it from there. If you're looking for a kid-friendly cafe that you can sit back and chill while your kiddos enjoy themselves in the huge playground, this is the place!!
I went today my daughter has a lot of fun but I don't like that they're we're older kids playing in the toy area there is a height limit but they don't enforce it. So my 2 year old was getting bullied by one of thoSe kids. I will not be going back when rules aren't in-forced.
