Twisted Root Burger

The burger patty itself is made from black beans, quinoa, and chickpeas. Initially, I was a bit concerned that there might be cheese in it after my first bite. Fortunately, a manager happened to walk by and asked how it was. I checked with him, and he confirmed that there is no cheese or dairy in the burger; the flavor actually comes from the hummus (the chickpeas weren't whole). The taste was fantastic, and there were plenty of toppings to choose from, so I added pickled red onion, guacamole, lettuce, tomato, and dill pickles. I could have easily eaten another one! The restaurant is very casual and lots of fun. At the register, they assign you a celebrity name, instead of a number, and find fun ways to call your name when your food is ready to be picked up. They have one vegan burger and it is called the Vegabond. It's tasty and very satisfying! The veggie burger and fries is a satisfying meal! However, there aren't any other options available to vegans. The menu is extensive for meat eaters. Even though the options are limited, I really appreciate how they help make a positive impact on the environment with their packaging, cups, dining ware, etc.

I'm not crazy about the Veggie Bat, but then I'm not a big fan of black bohnenpatties again. I like it being right next to the alamo drafthouse. you have fun names for your order. it has this up to the erde texas burger space atmosphere. for my carnivorous brother, this has become his favorite place in lubbock. could be a good option if they start with a group.

Outstanding vegan housemade patty made with black beans, chickpeas, and quinoa. Has 1 specialty burger on menu that's vegan, the Vegabond, that is topped with avocado and siracha. I would go back if I ate meat. I really was looking forward to having a good vegan burger. I was disappointed in the sandwich that I felt was very over price. I left disappointed. It's hard to find a great place in Lubbock for those who want to eat healthy.

great, all-be-it delicate, vegan burger. delicious pickle bar. many parking spaces. What else could they ask for? this situation has a real contemporary feeling with a splash of nostalgie and an prise pop culture. I wouldn't expect anything less from trb.

These restaurants aren't particularly friendly for vegetarians. McDonald's offers only french fries and salads. HappyCow is listing more and more places that don't truly cater to vegetarians; we deserve more than just being tolerated.
