Inside, the seating is spacious and lively, definitely louder than outside, but not cramped. The outdoor seating is covered, surrounded by beautiful greenery, and offers a lovely view of the hills. The restrooms were clean, which is always a plus! There were so many tempting options for breakfast and brunch available all day! My sister recommended one of her favorite restaurants, and we were lucky to be seated right away on the patio. I opted for the biscuits and gravy topped with two perfectly cooked over-easy eggs. The portion was just right—not too heavy at all. My daughter chose the fresh spinach and bacon omelet with chipotle potatoes, and she absolutely loved it. The mocha latte was delicious and packed a serious caffeine punch! This place was amazing. The menu has so many options, it was difficult to choose what to get. My recommendation is the chicken panini. Sounds simple but the pesto made from scratch and roasted tomatoes were amazing additions to the sandwich. Also the roasted red potatoes with chipotle cheddar blend is a bit rich, but you can't get enough of. Twisted sage has a nice patio with a low key feel. Kind of gave you the bistro vibe when inside. Our server was Anthony and he was great in describing the options and took great care of us. I travel a lot for work, but my next time I'm the area, I will definitely be back.

Me and my family visited yesterday during a heatwave . We were a family of 6 adults and 1 baby but yet our bill shows a gratuity charge for 8. But what we didn't pay attention maybe the heat from sitting outside was a factor in not looking closely to the bill but we're charged the gratuity on top of leaving a cash tip.. I strongly recommend to pay close attention to your bill if you'ra large group 7 under 8 guests.. the server is the person who puts the bill in and he is the one of knowing from right or wrong , shame on him.. but I guess that's how people take advantage of consumers .. The food is excellent, I've been twice, and will definitely go again. The service is very active and friendly. The ambiance is perfect for a brunch date, family time, and even alone time. I recommend this place 100%.
