The ice cream here is just average. While the menu sounds enticing, they clearly can't fulfill all the items listed. We ordered and paid for a dipped ice cream cone, but they were unable to provide it. When we requested a refund, the staff treated it like a hassle and gave us three quarters instead of the total we had paid, rushing off before we could address the error. We also asked multiple times for a lid but were given cups instead. Considering they weren't busy, it's hard to excuse their poor customer service. Overall, this was the worst customer service experience we've had in a long time. Places like Toppers and Cold Stone offer better ice cream and much more attentive service.
My husband and I are sad to have to write this review. However 3 different occasions we took our normal trip to Twistee Treat on a Sunday and although there hours are 10:30 pm they close at 10 pm (or tell you they or only taking cash). If you happen to make it and it?s 30 minutes until closing be prepared, the rude girl with the red hair will tell you they are out of mostly anything you ask for that?s a dip. I?ve had the pleasure of having her service twice. Bottom line wehave to report that we have to find our new favorite actually location in that side and that?s because we truly looked this place!
I requested a new ice cream because the one they gave me had a long blonde hair in it. When I asked for an extra topping, they returned the same ice cream and simply put the additional topping on the side, as if I wouldn't realize it was the same one with the hair. This restaurant definitely needs a health inspection.
I visited for the first time the other night and the banana split was incredible! It was so good that I went back the next night, and the vanilla/chocolate cone was just as delicious! The staff were fantastic as well!

Twistee treat is a great icecream shop! I go quite frequently, and the worker Paloma takes my orders most of the time, she is super friendly and is very quick with my orders. Great customer service overall
The workers when i went last week were very sweet!! especially jordan i had many questions and she was able to answer them!! she has great customer service!! will definitely be coming back
I didn't have to wait long to enjoy my ice cream. The young lady who assisted me was Paloma, and she was exceptionally polite and friendly. I'll definitely be returning very soon.
This is a fantastic spot for ice cream! The flavors are delicious and the prices are reasonable, so you won't break the bank. The kids absolutely love it too!

Great experience the service was quick and the employee Paloma was friendly and greeted us with a smile.
The ice cream is great, but I would not recommend the shakes, as they tend to be a bit too runny.
