visited the restaurant for the Chinese new year and had the set menu. interesting Chinese eating and it was pretty good. slower service was the biggest problem. we waited 15 minutes or more just to try our desert (mango pudding prepared before the time.) I could go back to try out elements from the regular menu.
wonderful meal as usual. our server was excellent and immediately calmed. eating was good, we all agreed that the steamed Bbq and almond chickens were sent to the heavens. a beautiful evening and can not wait to go back.
The Two Penny is limited, although that is what makes the food fantastic. Two Penny has innovative food choices, ginger beef is a slow roasted beef tenderloin with ginger sauce. So delicious.

"Even though it was a slow night at the restaurant (due to a holiday), we received subpar service. Our chicken tikka was delivered 25 minutes after the rest of our order. The manager did refund the dish, but we still left feeling unsatisfied."
