I attended a private party with a group of people earlier this month. Firstly, the restaurant had us seated very closely together, the booths were uncomfortable! We had a set menu deal which would have been okay if the restaurant had operated like a normal restaurant. However, it was a disaster! Not a single person in our group received their meals at the same time, some even had to wait over two hours for their starters! This restaurant has gone downhill. Used to be so good when it first opened. I would not go back to this restaurant. Worst customer service ever. And very rude! Common courtesy is not one of their strong points. They also Ignore all Calls and Emails....Oh and they Double charge you for your bill and I didn't even receive an apology until kicking up a fuss. It's been weeks!!! and I'm still trying to recover my double card payment. Absolutely disgusting customer service. They haven't even tried to rectify their MISTAKE! Won't never go back! Such a shame. The service here was quite simply run by staff that appear to have never worked a restaurant before. Drinks requests were terribly slow and we had to request drinks several times as they weren’t being served. Food was slow. The bill had...items we hadn’t ordered on it and the waiter couldn’t add up the payments correctly. The toilets were dirty and general cleanliness wasn’t great. We refused to pay a service charge as it was that bad.

Me and my husband visited for my birthday. We had to ask for more drinks ourselves a few times as the waiters weren't very attentive. The doors to the terrace were constantly being swung open and letting in cold air to the restaurant area. Nice...atmosphere however the music in the restaurant area should be lowered in volume as you cant actually hear one another and have a conversation! Over rated and average, not sure if I will be returning again.
Food can be alright on the night But for the price nothing special. That's the only positive thing i have to say about this place. We purchased a Groupon voucher for this restaurant. When i tried to book it a very rude man on the other end of the phone told me that Groupon had made a mistake and that they do not except groupon vouchers. Very odd as I...had a Groupon voucher in front of me.. Definitely won't bother with this restaurant
The drinks were watered down and despite asking for doubles, they were still not strong. The food was overpriced and low quality. I will not be returning, as there are many better restaurants in Beckenham. Additionally, there were mistakes on the bill with overcharging.

My partner and I had a date night at Two Ten yesterday and we were greatly impressed by the service, food, and atmosphere. We will definitely be returning soon.
Two of my friends I went here for a catch up night out. And we really enjoyed ourselves. Drinks were lovely and we had some shisha.
