I was visiting family and they insisted that this was a great place to grab lunch (they eat from there regularly). I've not had Lebanese food before so I had trouble identifying some of the dishes but the owners who were serving were so helpful explaining what the dishes were and their level of spice. We got a medium meat tray for me, and a medium vegetarian tray. The flavours! I'm not a big lover of very spicy food and the spicy rice nearly defeated me, but it was worth it! The meat was cooked perfectly, the spices were punchy without being overwhelming, and salads! They were so delicious! And the garlic sauce!! Honestly there aren't enough superlatives. We are so so happy that we found this place! When we walked past the smells were just divine and we literally couldn’t help ourselves. This was clearly a family run business with smiles all around. The lovely lady talked us through our options and there was loads of choice for veggies! It was just such a lovely atmosphere we wished we could have dined in! It was our first time eating Lebanese food and every single mouthful was bursting with flavour and so so delicious. There was no doubt that everything was homemade it was all soooo fresh and tasty! We can’t wait to visit Stockport again so that we can grab a Tyros! It’s HER favourite place of 2021 so far
My office is just across the road from Tyros and a colleague suggested I give it a go that was a few years ago now, and I have been at least every couple of weeks since. The food is absolutely brilliant. Full of flavour and a great selection. My fave dish is the lemon chilli chicken wrap, with harissa (to be honest, nothing on the menu disappoints). Its that good, I often drive the 50 mile round trip to pick one up (I'm home based) for lunch! If you are in the area, deffo give it a go, you won't be disappointed.
Stockport’s best kept secret (until now). Amazing flavours and great value for money, great big portions of tasty Lebanese food. The only thing that beat the food was the service.
