UPDATED because the owner reached out and was extremely kind and apologized. Changed to 4 stars because the bagels really are fantastic. I appreciate the outreach and we will give it another try. Delicious bagels, absolutely terrible customer service. We went to Uber bagels for the first time last weekend. Came in about 20 minutes before closing, staff was staggeringly rude but I get it, they were ready to be done. Bagels were banging though so we went back today for breakfast. No excuse this time, it was 10am and prime bagel time. Staff was incredibly rude particularly to my kid, who was literally just standing there. So, we love the food here! The bagels are great and the variety of offerings mean that anyone can find something they'd like! But, it's a time waster. The staff are clearly trying to keep up, but they need more help. It took an hour (ordered online before coming to pick up) to get three peoples order. This is not the first time. Come during off hours or when you have time to spare.
¡Muy delicioso! I ordered an egg and swiss on a wheat everything bagel with avocado and tomato. Sooo good! The young lady at the counter was so polite and friendly, in the space is huge with plenty of seating. I came in around 11:00am and there wasn't anyone in line. They also offer wifi and coffee, which are my two faves!
